Barnimages

About

Barnimages was launched in March 2015 by Igor Trepeshchenok and Roman Drits, two photographers from Latvia. We created Barnimages with the hope of redefining traditional stock imagery. Here, you will find only quality photography that’s fresh, with nothing that duplicates the stock photography you’ll generally find elsewhere. We call our collection “non-stock,” and we add new free images every week.

Yes, every photo published in our Free collection is completely free of charge, but please consider contributing whatever amount you feel is appropriate, to support our website. You can learn more about our license here.

In contrast to the collections you might already be familiar with, Barnimages is not another aggregator, making money on other people’s creations. We come from the field of photography ourselves, and every photo you see here was created by us, or by colleagues whose work we respect.

Thank you! If you’re finding value in our photos or our website, please consider contributing whatever you feel comfortable. Alternatively, you can spread the word by telling your friends, coworkers, and colleagues about Barnimages.

Yes, we are looking for photographers who would like to get more exposure by helping to build up Barnimages’ collection. If you are interested, please get in touch.

There are many ways for us to work together. Please check the Partner page and get in touch with us with your ideas.

Don’t let the name fool you: Barnimages provides way more than pictures of barns. Ironically, with thousands of free photos available in our collections, we don’t have any actual images of barns. Perhaps, we’ll throw a party when we’ll do!
